Photographing Chris & Kim’s wedding was such a joy and privilege. The day was filled with laughter, and of course, love. And, maybe a blooper here and there, but the day was beautiful, even when rain threatened to ruin the outdoor photo plans. I enjoyed spending the day capturing each moment from hair & make-up to tearing up the dance floor. Congratulations to you two! I wish you a lifetime of happiness.

No one wants it to rain on their wedding day, but according to Hindu tradition, rain on your wedding day is actually considered good luck! And, as luck would have it, it rained, no, poured just in time for Amanda and Eric’s ceremony. Luckily, the officiant had access to a small church nearby where the ceremony was promptly moved, and the wedding went on as planned. As we finished up family portraits the rain let up as well, and the newlyweds were able to enjoy their outdoor reception.

I’m so glad the rain didn’t damper the spirit of your day, and wish you all the “luck” and happiness in your future, congratulations Amanda and Eric!
